One month surgery-versary

So I am one month post op today. I got on the scale this morning so I could see where I landed in the world of losing after a month and I was up 0.1 from yesterday (I know, I know, I said I was going to quit getting on the scales every day and I'm trying, but...). Anyway, we took my 1 month post op pictures last night and I have to say that I was a little disappointed. I can see very little change in myself other than some in my face. I know it takes time. I guess the silly part of my brain was expecting to see a big difference in my pictures from a month ago. I am down 19.8 pounds since surgery and down 64.3 pounds since my highest weight. I am super pumped about that! I am so happy to be on this journey to a better, more healthy me. My pictures will change in time, I just have to wait them out :)

Thanks!

My 1 month is today too! I can't believe it's already been a month. I also can't see any difference in myself but i do notice is my clothes getting bigger. I'm down 16 lbs from surgery ( wish it was more) and total of 28lbs. The scale hasn't moved for a couple days :-(
