Question suggestions for pre-op appointment

Hi! I'm having my surgery May 14th and go in for my pre-op appt on Thursday, April 25th. Any suggestions on the questions I should ask?

I've started a list but I want to make sure I ask everything. This is my first surgery/hospital stay so I really don't know what to expect. Any help is much appreciated!
