WLS Prayer

Hey Guys,

There was a wls prayer posted here a while ago, maybe almost 2 years...I have searched for it and can't seem to find it. I would love to share it with my sister who is have vsg this coming Wednesday....if anyone is familiar with it or has it please share it....thanks!!
