Chas, are you taking them together or separating them out throughout the day? I've been taking the capsules which is a 6 capsule serving, but instead of taking them all at once, I take three, two capsule servings with meals. (I just swallow with my own saliva or literally a teaspoon of water) and they set well on my stomach this way.. If I take all six at once though, it's way too much for my system and makes me feel kind of sick.
