I am 7 months out and I honestly think my body has it against me to let me get under the weight of 258! I think I have been right around the same weight for about the last 2 months. So frustrated!!!

When you hit a stall it is time to look at your diet and exercise routine Are you getting in 60-70 g of protein? are you drinking 64 oz of water ? are you exercising 3-5 times a week? For the first 6-9 months you should only be consuming around 800 calories a day. And, carbohydrates less than 40 a day.

This is what my Doc told me when I stalled. My calories were too high and so were my carbohydrates.
