Hey there Juan:) The liquid diet really bites doesn't it? And I know it will be a long 3 weeks. I feel your pain.

But this is the deal - if you don't have the stupid liquid diet, they won't give you the surgery. If you don't have the surgery you will stay in the place you are, which is wanting to lose weight and not having the success that you want. That's why you chose to go the surgery route. After you have your surgery you will completely morph into a whole new person (on the outside anyway). Just think of how you'll look in a few short months post op! It's gonna be awesome. .It sucks to have to do the liquid diet. I know that very well. But you gotta! You can do this. And if you need an understanding ear in the meantime you can find it right here. Hang tough and fight the good fight:)

It is really hard, and it sucks big time. Best advice i have is to just take it one meal at a time. You'll get through it, the ends totally justify the means! Hang in there!!

be strong Juan.. good things are about to happen for you.. trust me on that one.. yes I had to only be on one week of full liquids before surgery then cl liquids the day before.. but you can do it.. just think of the rewards ahead of you... im 3.5 weeks post op and down 80lbs.. and so is my hubby.. and he is looking like a stick lol.. thats my new name for him..stick guy... he looks fab.. and I will too as soon as I get as skinny as he does.. so hang in there.. good things I tell you good things.. no regrets.. well one actually.. that I didnt do it sooner :)
