Post Op Sleeve

Hi everyone, so happy I found an app with a forum like this....I am 9 days post op and currently feeling ok. Been a little nauseous these past few days. Wanted to know how long after this surgery did people start excercising? Everytime I wanna get up and walk, I get tired, and feel like I'm possibly pushing myself...would just love some advice♥ thanks guys

I was sleeved on a Tuesday and was back in the gym and at work the following Monday. Do what you can, but do it. Don't wait until you "feel" like it. The quicker you can get up and move around the sooner your body will recover from the surgery and you will start to feel normal.
