BEFORE SURGERY

I would love some suggestions of things I may need to be doing before I have my surgery. Someone suggested investing in extra pillows and a heating pad..........

Start trying some of the available protein shakes and powders. While your tastes may change post-surgery, it's good to at least have a starting point!

I'd clean out the fridge, freezer and pantry if you can - get rid of junk food (or if your family would pitch a fit, at least put the stuff where you would have to think about it to get it!).
