YoYo weight

I am 4 months post op today and I am having issues with my weight going up a few pounds and down then back up and so on and so on!! I know if I am honest I have not been making the best food choices every time but in comparrison to pre surgery I am still eating ALOT less. I am also having head issues where I want to eat all the time. Physically I cant say Im hungry but my head says different so when my stomach can hold it my head wins! Sometimes I wonder if I have stretched my stomach out already with the amount if food I eat in a day sometimes!! As of this morning I was back up those same few pounds so I have lost 47 pounds since surgery 60 total. I know that is really good and I should stop being depressed because its not more. I could really use some advice from all the expierenced sleevers out there!!

This whole thing is a journey. I have had too much icecream at a time occasionally. I can go to the beat myself up world or I can go to, OK I did that today, don't do it tomorrow & the next & next.

You probably know we can lose this weight easier in the first 8-12 months......with that in mind I do my best to stay on the straight and narrow. I am at 8 months and my sleeve truly is helping me gain some new habits that are positive. Like when I am full, stopping, even if I could eat the other part.

Good luck, keep up the good work & honesty.
