Suger free popsicle addicted! Help

My doctor office does not have a NuT. I only meet every 4 weeks with the doctor. I need a little help. I had on the food schedule that I could eat auger free Popsicle and I love them. I eat like 6 a day. But I eat them with my meal. Is this a problem? I just thought about them being like liquid . Oh my. I want to do thing right . I need a NUT to help with food selection . Love your feedback.

I was told the reason they want you to wait, is so you have room in your sleeve for the food and the nutrients after. Unless your only few days/weeks out, then everything is Fluid like. I also heard fluid flushes the food faster, I don't know if this means the nutrients won't absorb as well? PS. I love those popsicles too! They have satisfied my sweet tooth.
