Hi there! My surgery date was alos the 28th of January. I too was stuck at 30, then now I am down 2 more. But...I also was up a few then back down again. Don't stress it. This happens to everyone. What I have done is gone back to the basics. I am not going over 30 carbs a day nor over 1000 cals a day. Make sure your getting in your protein and water. It's still hard for me to get in all the liquid but I am trying. Also I think most of all....move...walk, walk, walk. I just purchased and elyptical machine, I like it. So even if you break up your workout time to 3 10 minute sessions, it really works. good luck to you. :)

I'm 4 weeks tomorrow and the scale didn't move this week. It's very frustrating!

Be patient! As frustrating as it is for the scale NOT to move every time eventually it will. Stick to your program & don't stress about it. I'm six months out and have lost 80 lbs. I had to limit how often I weighed so I didn't get discouraged. Even now I only weigh every two weeks at the most often. I like seeing a different number on the scale and when I weighed more often I didn't always see it. Good luck!!
