stuck after 3 weeks

I had the sleeve done on March 5th. With the one week liquid diet before surgery and one week after surgery I lost 14 pounds. However I have only lost 1 pound in the past week. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I get all my liquids in and can eat soft foods. Mostly fish, green beans, yogart and oatmeals are my food intake. Thoughts?

You are fine, this will happen from time to time. keep your nutrition even, do not dip too low in calories if you can help it. Minimalize carbs. Drink Water, take your Vitamins and sleep is really, really, super really important.

Go get a tshirt that is a bit too small, but that you will not bust a seam or rip a surge, and try it on, take it off and put it away. Get it back out every 1-2 weeks and you will see inches go away even when you are not losing pounds.

The three week stall is a common thing- stick with your program, keep the faith, you will start losing again...I know easier said than done, I was stuck fo rtwo weeks- then boom..5 lbs off!
