Tried something new

I have seen people post stuff about this, so I tried it. Cauliflower rice! It was SO good and such a great rice-less side for the stir-fry I made tonight. I didn't feel deprived AT ALL!

I'm not a big fan of Tofu cuz I'm a real man and only pansies eat TOFU!!!! J/K but the cauliflower rice sounds AWESOME!!!!!! I'm pre-op and I'm gonna try the caul-rice this weekend after I get a new processor cuz the one I have at home is almost older than me I think!!! GOOD THREAD HI FIVE!!!!!!!!

I hope your serious so I don't look like an ass :P

But if you are in a regular store (Safeway or such)

It's by the produce section in a refrigerated case

I buy mine from trader Joes also in a refrigerated

Case by the produce Alway buy extra firm tofu when dry frying, it's just a better texture.

And when you take it out of the package pat it dry with a paper towel.

That's funny! Yes, I was serious...since it's used as a meat replacement...I wasn't sure if produce..or healthy section. :-/

What the what?? What is this stuff that you speak of? Cauliflower rice?

It was super easy: I cut up some raw cauliflower and put it in one of those electric mini choppers and pulsed it until it looked kinda like rice. Had to do it do it in about 3 batches 'cause the mixer is small. Then I dumped it into a bowl and microwaved for 2 min. That's it. Stir it up and eat! I put a little butter and soy sauce on it because I was eating Chinese. Don't add ant extra Water when cooking because it'll get mushy. The moisture in the cauliflower will steam cook it itself.

This the exact starter for the cauliflower pizza crust! It was good as well. The first time i tried it i did not read well and put the toppings on before i baked it. So bake it crispy first, then top it!

GoodTimes, you tease, what is the recipe for this cauliflower pizza crust you speak of?! You can't just throw something like that out a bunch of food addicts and not expect some demands!!!! ;)
