The Ensure "High Protein" kind only has about 13g of protein. That's not bad, but you could find better protein drinks. Nothing wrong with Ensure, go for it if you want.... just watch the calories, they could add up quickly.

I like the Ensure. To get more protein, I add some of my chocolate GNC brand protein powder ...I also add benefibre. That is what I have some mornings for breakfast

I just purchased the nutrilite brand XS protein drinks with only 220 calories and 35 g of protein I can't find anything comparable. The draw back is that they are pricey but you would have to drink 3 ensure to get the same benefits as one XS, so in the long run they are less expensive.

they taste pretty good, especially the strawberry, better than a slimfast.

Ensure has too many calories for me. I prefer EAS Carb Control shakes.
