So discouraged...

I'm 7 weeks Post-Op. I haven't lost anything in about 2-3 weeks. I've lost 39lbs total. I know that sounds good, but most of that was during the first 4 weeks. I know I shouldn't weigh, but because I know I'm NOT losing I can't help but weigh. That aside because I know weighing is working against me... I can not lose weight. Doesn't matter what I do. I do cardio and strength training. I get cardio every day. I'm eating as much as I can handle... I know I'm not meeting my calorie goal, but I'm doing as best I can. I'm so disappointed in myself. I feel like a failure. Just wanted some encouragement. Just want to feel like I'm not alone. I've gone through hell with this stupid sleeve. I feel like I did for nothing.

Thanks for reading my whine.
