So. what is the most carbs you should have in a serving? I will be on solids next week and want to make sure I don't eat too many carbs.

I don't calculate my carbs. I just watch what I eat when It comes to calories and fat. 800 calories a day. Stay away from the bad foods. Pasta, rice, bread, fried foods,pastries,pizza.. I do have some maybe once a week but thanks to this surgery its in a very small portioned size :) I lose 3 pounds a week. I don't exercise but am active.

Everyone is diff on what works for them so you may need to try diff things to see what works for you. For the first 3-4 months I did abt 30 carbs daily. I log my food in myfitnesspal to keep up with my carbs, Protein and calorie intake.

5+ months I do 30-70 carbs. I dont pay much attention to fat grams just calories, carbs, & protein and sugar content.
