Post Op Protein Shake and Calorie

Hi all, I get sleeved on Wednesday March 20, I am a little scared but super excited. My friend told me (who had a band) that her basic protein shake consisted of ice/protein/ 1/2c yogurt/ almond silk/ 2 splenda/banana/breakfast essentials dry. I have for my protein Synthrax Nectar Sweets; this sounds like a filling shake with a lot of calories? Is this the type of shake I am to be making when I come home from my surgery, I tried a lot of shakes premade and don't like the taste but I like that the calories are listed. I am getting my surgery in Mexico so I don't have a nutritionalist to ask. Thanks for any help

My 1st week was Clear liquids like chicken broth, sugar free Jell-O and sugar free popsicles. 2nd week was full liquids, meaning only basic Protein drinks and creamy Soups and yogurt - no bananas or anything that had lumps or bits and pieces. 3 week was pureed foods.

I wouldn't worry about the calories, it was a real effort just to eat anything the 1st week and by the 2nd week, I was only finishing 1/2 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup each day. But I was slowly able to each more each week.
