Vitamins - Morning or Evening?

Could someone let me know when's the best time to take my B-complex pre-surgery? Mornings, noons, evenings? With food/without food?

Also, after surgery, is it OK to crush up B-complex and put it in a drink?

I take my vitamins and B-12 in the mornings. If I take them after 4pm, I have a hard time falling asleep.

I read that B-12 is best absorbed in liquid form, usually sub-lingual - hold it under your tongue. Swallowing B-12 destroys some of its benefits.

I take liquid and take a dropper full at 4 different times of the day.

I take in the morning, but only twice a week.

I'm taking B-12 sublingual once a week. I was taking it three times a week and my levels on my latest blood work was way too high. Yes, you can take took much B-12.
