Hair Loss

Anyone here not lose tons of hair? I'm a 32 yet old male, and I've been growing my hair for the past year. My NUT and Dr told me I shouldn't lose lots of hair. I get all my vitamins and proteins, but I'm starting to worry about my hair! I don't want to have to start the growing process all over! Lol! I also take biotin daily.

I'm having the same problem. My hair was one of my trade marks and at 1st it was a lil at a time and over the last 2months it has gotten ridiculous to the point where I cut my hair low and still it was not helping so recently I just chopped it all off.

Most people lose about a third of their hair after WLS. The good news is that for almost everyone, it grows back.

I also don't take biotin but it is in my vitamin that I take about every other day. My weight loss hasn't been super fast either, so maybe that's why.
