I completely thought I would be one of those people who wouldn't lose any weight, that it wouldn't work for me. Best thing I've ever done. I know that sounds repetitive of what others on here say, but it's true.

that is good to hear. i only need to loose 40 and maintain it. hope sleeve does not stretch

i was sleeved at 159 on 1/21/13. Down to 146. 16 more lbs to goal.
