I'm okay with rice but it took awhile, I can eat just about anything in small amounts but I choose healthy foods......not cheeseburgers....that would totally defeat the purpose of the band, why would you want to eat stuff like that and sabotage your weight loss?

Experiment and you will find out what you can tolerate, but make it healthy choices.

Cheeseburgers...not a good idea. You know why!!

My doctor was OK with scrambled eggs during mushies. However, I've known a few people to have trouble with them. I can eat Egg Beaters just fine, but did PB on regular real eggs, which were scrambled.

Rice is just fine with me too. Personally, rice has been fine but I only eat whole grain brown rice because white rice is almost as bad as the cheeseburger!!

You'll learn how to experiment with foods. You'll just need to take it slow but you're right to want to explore. You should eat a variety of foods and the only way you'll know if they cause YOU trouble is by testing it out.

One idea, if your looking for mushies ideas...I loved eating fat-free refried Beans during this stage. For some reason they were just very satisfying to me and really filled me up. I still enjoy them sometimes!

Hope this helps! Good luck!
