Does anyone find you can eat more

Certain times of the month? There are times when I can barely eat and other times I feel like I'm eating more.

I'm seven months out. Not eating slider foods. High protein and veggies. Also, noticed sometimes I'm hungrier than other times.

Just wondering if it's something other people have experienced.

Does that time also coincide with "that time" of the month??

I have experienced the same thing. I had a follow up appt yesterday with surgeon and he said that it was my old habits and my body wanting to have the sugar and carbs it was used to getting before. He warned me about regaining the weight if I didn't stick to the protein and fluids regime. Also warned about the carbs that increase insulin which increases appetite. I don't know if this helps but it made me think about my goals and reevaluate things.

I was just thinking about posting the same thing! I am eight months out and I feel like the last few days my sleeve has been super restrictive. I don't feel like I've been eating any larger portions than normal (for me) but I keep getting that sick-full feeling. It does not correspond to my time of the month or PMS or anything. Actually, it kinda makes me happy (not the sick part) because I haven't been losing much weight the last two months. I hope this continues and I will definitely back down my portions!

I'm 3 months out I eat 3 to 4 oz 4 times a day.

I am 10.5 months out and I find this to be true for me. It is my "normal".

Same experience!!

I get these hunger urges mainly between 10:30am and 12:30pm. Not sure why! Eating mostly high protein and veggies at 8 months.

I have found that I can eat more now but I havent been on track tho. Today I am going back to the basics Protein shakes and lettuce meals in between. That was part of my pre op diet

These past couple of days I feel really tight. Can not eat more than three bites at a sitting.

I have noticed to that some days I have much more hunger than other days. Also some days I can eat more than others. I am past that certain time of the month so not sure why it happens.

I also find the same thing. Some days I can eat more, then others I feel so much more restriction. Some days I'm hungrier than others, too.

What are you all considering "slider foods?" I mean, the obvious is ice cream & I try to stay away from that. What are other slider foods??

Some days I really couldn't care less about eating, then there are some days I get the munchies. I'm sure it stress or boredom or any of those things that make us want to eat! Go figure. It has not affected maintenence....so far.
