I just use the cheapest bag. I love it!! I add Greek yogurt to mine for added protein! My favorite is the choboni champions orange vanilla with almond milk! Let me know if you need some recipe help! I would be glad to share!

Candice, sill on liquids but love me some Greek yogurt! I should be able to add after my a ppt tomorrow. Tell me how u make it?

3/4-1 cup of ice

1 cup of no sugar added almond milk

1 chobobi orange vanilla Greek yogurt

2 scoops of body bi vi shake mix

Then blend!

You can add more or less ice and milk depending on how you like the consistency.

I try to add the yogurt for flavoring rather than juice just to avoid calories. They are countless recipes though!

They only have 12 grams of protein in them alone but if you add Greek yogurt to them it adds anywhere from 8-14 grams depending on the kind you get. I usually drink a premier Protein shake for Breakfast and if I do the body by vi I do it for supper.

Are there any premade kind? I don't know what packet/level to get?

Not that I know of I just get the regular bag. If you want a pre made shake try premier Protein. I love it. It comes in chocolate and vanilla.

No problem!! I get the premier protein from SAMs. I think they carry it at Costco also. You may be able to order it though.
