      I am on day of protein shakes too. Started last night for dinner. I get a sensible meal so today that was baked chicken and broccoli! Anyone have any good recipes for phase 2? We are less than 2 weeks

    They told me around 10 am but I'm shooting for about 9 so hopefully the storm will have passed by sleep time.

    My dr said no later than 5pm the day before surgery :P
