Just went to buy my magnesium citrate.

I start my mag citrate in the morning..........nice...

What is the timing of the mag citrate? I guess I should know that?

They told me around 10 am but I'm shooting for about 9 so hopefully the storm will have passed by sleep time.

I have to be at the hospital at 6:16 am. No citrate for me. Good luck everyone! See you on the other side sitting on the losers bench!
