Bad reflux after advancing

So I was able to advance to my next level and start on full liquids/mushy. I kept it pretty low key and only had 1/4c fat free cottage cheese and 8oz protine drink made with skim milk. I also sipped on water, but that was my afternoon consumption. Now I am having horrible reflux 2 hrs after my last "meal". I'm on a ppi, so I'm not sure why the sudden surge in reflux. Anyone else have this?

Yes, my reflux is 10 times worse then it was before surgery. I take 1-2 PPIs a day and eat Tums like its no ones business. Our bellys are still in the process of healing. My surgeon told me it will get better week by week.
