It all depends on what your Dr. has you on as far as pre-op. I had a high protein, low fat diet to follow. In my case, I would have simply went SF/FF, withit, and been fine. Others had strict liquid drinking pre-op diets, in which it would not qualify!

What were your guidelines?

Khrissy....I had mine done at TLBC as well and had to do a 2 week pre-op diet. Frozen yogurt was definitely out of the question!!! But if you want a "concrete" answer, call or e-mail Nisrine and run it by her!!!!

You're almost there.....don't give up!
