Full liquids and mushies

Make me vomit! I'm so tired of Special K shakes and refried beans! Every time I try to eat I get nauseas I'm so tired of liquid! Blah: ok rant over!

Like a said it will get better just hang in there and vent away better out than in!

My nutrionist said I can do natural fruit and vegetables juices not store bought the one you juice yourself. I also add fruits to my protein shakes like strawberries, blueberries, banana, papaya etc.

I also make homemade bean soups like black, lentils then puree. I also make tomato soup put some tofu in it then puree. I make a mean vegetable and tofu soup then puree. I do get bored the good thing is you can make a soup out of almost everything. You are eating to live not live to eat. Look up healthy soil recipes etc.have fun!
