Got a surgery date!

I have been in this forum for a while, reading everyone's experiences. I was approved and got my date today- April 17th! I am excited but soooo nervous. I'm worried that something will happen to me, that I won't be successful, that I can't do it, that there will be alot of pain, and I'm worried alot about excess skin. . My partner is very supportive, my parents are semi supportive, I have a young baby and I just want to feel good again!!! I guess I'm just looking for feedback from everyone who has gone through it or is at the same point as me!! :)

April 15 th here, I'm not really scared right now, more excited get it started, and start dropping weight, exercising and feeling better again. I have two girls 3&5 years old. Nervous about being able to care for them the first few weeks my biggest concern. My husband is supportive, and Mom is coming over the first days I'm home. I am going to miss them so much, in the hospital Mon to Wed.

I worry about the skin too, going to weight train, exercise as much as they let me. If have a young baby, you should be young like me, it should be easier for to get our skin to firm up, I just recommend keep exercise any"loose" area as much as possible...

Also, do you like to read? I have read "losing it" by anne Andrews, or "the sleeved life" by pennie nicola. both helped me.

You will be successful! You are giving yourself a powerful tool!

Good luck! I'll be thinking of you when i come home on the 17th.

Good Luck! You will need help for the first few days, but after that you should be ok.
