I've been fighting this cold for more than a month it just won't go away the only thing that I know that works for me is alka seltzer plus cold medicine. But I think we r not allowed do any of u know if it's ok??? Please help I'm sick of this stuffy nose ;(

How far out are you? I had a cold 4 months out and took regular cold medicine (Tylenol Cold and Sinus) with a bit of food. I took one tablet, twice a day. You'll want to stay away from any NSAIDs (Aleve, Aspirin etc.) because they can cause stomach irritation such as ulcers.

I'll be 2 months out on the 8th n I really want to use my alka seltzer but I'm sure it's like carbonated drink n we r not allowed. What do u think???
