Wow I can't believe that I lost so much weight in two weeks. Feeling better. Had some regrets but getting over them. The weight loss helps.

Breaking up with junk food. The first week I was like what have I done to myself?!! But it's a combination of pain and head hunger. I am now coming to terms with my new stomach. Thankfully I didn't have any issues and I am recovering well. Don't be scared though...it is normal but things will work out eventually. Good luck to you wish you the best.
