Drank too much soup

Well, I think I drank too much soup for dinner tonight. I had strained cream of celery. I had 2 cups of it so that I would not smell the 20 grams of unflavored protein powder I need to still get in for the day. Now I'm feeling very full and having to burp! The liquid goes down so easily for me. For the last 4-5 days, I've been able to drink 8-10 glasses of water on top of my protein drink/broths. I can't wait til I can add some solids or puree food.

‘Soup does seven things, it takes away hunger and thirst, fills the stomach, cleans the teeth, makes you sleep, it makes you slim and puts colour in your cheeks’

It's official. Soup makes you slim. Don't sweat it!
