10 lbs usually = a dress size for me. However, I can only say this about going UP a dress size b/c I haven't been sleeved yet and haven't lost 10 lbs in a long time to go DOWN a size! lol!

    It took me 30 lbs to go from 22 to 20 then about 25 to go from 20 to 18.
