Daily diet

What's everyone daily diet look like? I am cleared for regular foods again and am having a hard time figuring out what I should be eating a day. I am afraid I will eat too much or too little and not have this work for me. ( I do have the notes from my surgeon to follow as well but they aren't very detailed.)

I am almost 3 mths out... and for Breakfast I have eggs (sometimes scrambled, sometimes boiled) or yogurt. I usually eat meat and veggies for lunch (usually chicken or fish), and sometimes I will eat beef or pork roast (cooked really tender) with carrots and potatoes and veggies for dinner. Snacks consist cheese (sometimes with a couple of crackers) or apple and Peanut Butter. I concentrate highly on getting the Protein in me first... so I can keep that number high...

I also have added chili, baked chips, microwaved pepperoni (crunchy like chips) pickles...

at this stage, food is tasted so much better...up till a couple of weeks ago, eating was a chore because nothing tasted good...
