Weakness, lightheadedness

Banded on 11-09-06...When I wake up in the morning I feel very out of it...dizzy and lightheaded. It scares me to death and then I have to deal with the anxiety which I'm sure doesn't make things any better. I am drinking tons of water and adding protein powder to everything. Everyone including my Dr. ( Ahmad, Port Jeff NY ) tells me my body is just adusting but it is so scary...any feedback?

Do you have a way to check your blood pressure, your blood sugar? My dropped dramatrically after just a few pounds and I had to cut way back on my meds.

Hope you get leveled out soon......

Ditto...I went to my PCP yesterday cause I was experiencing the same thing post -op ... I'm 12 days out. My blood pressure was significantly low so I have to go off bp medicine...you might want to check into your blood pressure. ... this is exactly what happened to me.
