January 2013 Sleevers

Hi January Sleevers,

I was Sleeved Janaury 14, 2013. I am just 6 and a half weeks out. I am feeling great. I am 5'7 and down 36 pounds and I still have just over 90 to go. How are you doing after surgery. How much are you down? What are your goals?

Starting weight 297

Current weight 261

Goal weight 170

    I was sleeved the same day! I am doing great. I am down 31# since surgery. #51 since Oct my first Dr appt. Hope to get 140:)

    Hi fellow January Sleevers,

    I had my surgery on January 21st and I am down 30 pounds. Everything has been going great so far. I did have a problem last week with upset stomach and continual burping but I took a probiotic and everything is back to normal.

    My only issue is finding things to eat. I'm tired of chicken and fish already. If anyone has any great recipes please send some to me.

    My doctor was Matt Kirkland, University of Pennsylvania Hospital. He is excellent!

    Hope you all continue to do well and those who are struggling please hang in there.
