2nd pre-op visit

I saw my surgeon today, already had Endoscopy, sleep study, medical clearance, NUT and psych. My BMI is 37 and sleep study shows sleep apnea. He is fully convinced he will have no problem with my insurance clearance so the only thing I need is cardiac clearance and I'm all set for 4/12/13. Very exciting!
