I think I will

I did Zumba at week 4 and loved it. I had a little less energy than before and modified if I felt tender at the incision sites. Now im 7 weeks out and feel great! Have fun!

Zumba kicked my butt today! I worked on legs and thighs on Tuesday. So today, I felt pretty much like I had gravel in my inner and outer thighs. But I went to Zumba anyways. :)

Yay. Go me.
