post op 2 weeks vertical sleeve

Hi ,

I just had my vertical sleeve just 2 weeks ago.I think that I am doing fine. Still home recovering and will be for 2 more weeks.Luckily I had a really good experience and great surgeon and hospital care. I am learning lots of things about my " new stomach". I am learning how to use my kitchen in new ways now. But if I follow my diet instructions exactly as written then I feel like things will go as well as they have.

My pain level is really pretty good now. I still have a "catch" where all the "big" stuff happened . But that is moving along pretty well also. I just learn to listen to my body and rest when I need to. Got a rash from the tape over the incisions itches.
