Vitamins & milk?

I'm confused about what vitamins can be taken with what. Can I take my flintstone vitamin & then drink a protein shake with skim milk? Will the calcium & the milk effect the iron in the vitamin?

    Calcium inhibits iron absorption, so they should be taken at different times. I say this as an anemic person who has to take a ton of iron every day :P
