Wow 40 pounds lost at 5weeks !

I had surgery 1/21 and I'm in shock that I did it and now that I lost 40 pounds in five weeks all post op .. I went to work yesterday for the first time a boi did they tell the difference but all where supportive no negative I told mostly everyone at my job so I have no problems w gossip and it just makes my job easier they do worry about me how I'm I doing .. That could be cause it was my first day I'm starting to feel like this is the best thing that's happen to me ..it's weird I'm still wearing my old close there too big for me but I don't want to give them up to go to a smaller size I guess when your over weight big clothes makes you feel good

Walking is def helping me to shed the lbs. Im just over 2weeks post op and down 25lbs. I noticed over the past week that if I walk I lose 1-2lbs a day, if I don't the scale doesn't do much.

Im not doing Protein shakes either...they make me gag. I've just started stage III and am doing high protein foods like eggs, Greek yogurt, meats etc.
