Help on Kick starting weight loss again!?

Hi!

So im 9 months and 15 days post op. surgery weight was 325lbs..im not 220ish.

105 pounds gone is great and all BUT!!!!

i have been at this weight for like 3 months!!!!!

i just keep fluctuating between 219 and 228 back and forth its crazy!

i do have one confession tho..i never exercised past the first month post op.

please do not lecture me on that =]

since i have felt stuck at this weight i took advantage that my job offers gym passes to our neighboring LA fitness starting beginning of this month. So of course i signed up and hit the gym all last week.

problem is before i started at the gym i had gone up from 220 to 223 now today im 228!!! like wth!

i understand im not gonna go and drop like 10 pounds in a week but atleast 1 geez! lol

im debating if kind of starting like over with my body might do the trip. do a liquid diet?

like 3 Protein Shakes a day and try it for like 2 weeks?

i need help as u can see.

any advice? much appreciated! <3
