Maybe my last question

So, surgery is set for Tuesday. Getting cold feet...just a little. Not planning on chickening out or anything, but I have to ask this.

So I've been on a liquid diet for 10 days or so. Down 16lbs. Hasn't been that difficult. I lost 110lbs. 5 years ago by dieting. (Then I gained back 124lbs.) I KNOW how to lose weight. Unfortunately, I can't keep it off. Gaining it back is far easier.

Do I try once more to lose it on my own? I know I can do it. But, how will I keep it off?

Probably a dumb question. I'm sure cold feet is common

LOL.. if any of us knew how to keep it off, we wouldn't be on this forum. LOL... just kidding. :-)

I'm taking my chance and running with it. I'm getting sleeved Tuesday as well. I've been able to lose weight in the past, but like you, I put it back on. I'm tired of the struggle, I'm checking in to something that's going to give me proven results long term.

I have been really successful with several diets!!

The best one I did was a doctor supervised diet that was awesome!! I lost a ton! :)

Oh yeah....but I gained it all back...

So here I am :P

And here you are because we know we needed some serious help!
