catfish recipes? anyone?

My husband and I want to make some catfish and were hoping someone out there had a killer recipe.....thx in advance :)

    Check out foodnetwork.com or epucurious.com, they both have some amazing recipes for catfish, especially blackened. You can probably tweak and substitute it to make it even more healthy.
