nervous

Today I'm super nervous.. I've had my consult and my psych evaluation.. I think its just because its getting closer to the big day.. can i take a Valium before goin into surgery? I know if there is anything in the stomach they won't do the surgery. Its considered unsafe.. pills included? I dunno if I wanna go in there totally aware?
