I was banded 1/3/08 and have felt like I am getting hungrier and losing more slowly this past month. Have you had a similar experience?

Yes that is exactly what is happening to me. I have not had a fill yet. I go next Monday and I am thinking I might get a fill this time. I think I have only lost about 5 pounds this time. Looking forward to going to the doc and getting weighed on the 9th. I will let you know.

I go back on the 19th. Last time I went to the doctor I expected to get a fill, but he said weight loss was fine and not to do it. I almost felt like he was blowing me off until after the 6 month post-op time - maybe so they could bill again?

I'm not really feeling hungrier but I went to the doc this last time and have only lost 3lbs since my last 6week visit...he didnt want to do a fill.......I was really pissed actually bc I felt like I needed another fill..........he said if I started to go backwards then call him and he'll do a fill...I only have 5cc ina 14cc band....its kinda discouraging when youre doc isnt really trying to push you along....

Hi, I'm going to be banded on Jan. 21. How's everyone doing with the pre surgery liquid diet? Does anyone else have to do it for two weeks? It's killing me!

Ouch 2 weeks...I didnt have to do any special diet presurgery....YOU CAN DO IT THOUGH!!! Just focus on the ultimate goal!!!!!!!
