ACID! Will it ever stop?

I am one week post op, and for the last two days, I have had a constant churning in my stomach that feels like hunger pains. I have taken my regular omeprazole, and and a Zantac, and even a tums. I cannot get relief. Please tell me this is temporary. I cannot stand this.
