Just finished 14 big laps and drank 60 cc's of tea. The gas pain is starting to disappear and the big incision hurts a little more.

Its just over a inch. Its the hole the stapler went in.

So my nutrition class is scheduled but not until 6 days before my surgery. Anything I need to know ahead of time? I've purchased some protein samples to start trying...what else can I do to prepare? I'm anxious but really excited!!
