I got scheduled for my consult on thurs... now that I'm gonna talk to the surgeon.. I scared but excited.. last time I had surgery I felt like I wasn't completely under. Hopefully they can give me some more meds to keep me fully under.. I hope all goes well wish me luck... u stayed asleep the whole time right?

I had abdominal surgery a couple of years ago.... I was put under general anesthesia but also had a spinal epidural. When I woke up I was pain free until the epidural wore off. Explain to the anesthesiologist that the last time you had surgery you were not completely under. Hope this will help....
