Weight Loss Stall

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery on 1/17/13. I'm down 19 lbs so far, but I have not lost anything in the past 5 days. I'm taking in protein at each meal and veggies. I have about 1/4 cup of fruit each day also. I'm drinking about 50oz of water each day and drinking a protein shake once a day also (Shakeology). Any suggestions on why I'm not losing weight? I estimate I'm taking in about 400-600 cal a day.

What about your workout routine? Are you getting exercise in there? Also what are your weight stats like how much did you have to lose total?

I do Turbo Jam about every other day. This weekend, barring weather, I want to get my bike out (pray I don't fall off) and try that out on some trails. I started doing Turbo Jam just last week and I've had 3 workouts in now. It's cardio.

Sounds like you are doing the right stuff. Maybe you're just a slower loser than some others. As long as you keep at it I'm sure it will keep going.
