Pre_Op questions for surgeon?

Well I'm going to my pre op appt tomorrow and wanted some help on questions to ask the surgeon. I would like to be ready for everything..

    I have mine on Friday and am asking the following:

    Dexa scans? Preop then yearly?

    Post-op pain mgmt?

    How long is actual surgery?

    Will I be intibated?

    Have a catheter?

    Should I bring GasX strips with me?
